We do not currently accept advertisements on the Panic Solutions site. The site is wholly financed through the sale of the various self-help products developed by Self Change Systems, including the on-line Comprehensive Panic Profile.

1. This site collects and retains the answers you give to all the questions contained in the Comprehensive Panic Profile (See "What is the CPP?"), including the following personal data questions:

• Name
• Address
• Where you are in the treatment stream
• Date of Birth
• Sex
• Telephone Numbers
• Marital Status
• Gender
• Ethnicity
• Educational Level
• Occupational Status
• Current Treatment

These data are maintained in database files on the web server that hosts this site. The directory in which they are stored is accessible via password ONLY to the staff of Self-Change Systems and the server site administrator.

These data are used in the following ways:

a. They are used directly to personalize the reports (click here for more information about the feedback report) we offer you each time you complete a Comprehensive Panic Profile.

b. They are aggregated and used as part of our on-going academic research studies about how to best treat individuals who suffer from anxiety disorders. Data used as part of our research efforts are first stripped of any elements (e. g., name, address, email address, phone number, userid, etc) that could link the aggregated data to you as an individual.

c. They are used to follow-up with individual clients about their treatment choices.

2. This site collects and retains data about your product orders, i. E., what products you order, the date(s) of each order, delivery information. It does not collect or maintain any credit card payment data. The collection and maintenance of any credit card data you give as part of the order taking process is handled by <name of e-commerce provider> which operates a secure web server and uses the most sophisticated technology available to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of your credit card data. These data are used to track your product order(s) and ensure that products you purchase from this site are delivered satisfactorily.
